ACRE has announced that Don Joos will join the ACRE executive team as the company’s new CEO, effective May 23, 2022.

This news follows Joseph Grillo’s decision to retire after 10 years as ACRE’s CEO and a 40-year career in the security industry.

The company says that Joos is well-positioned to lead ACRE through its next phase of growth due to his technological background and previous experience in the field.

“Don joins the company at a pivotal time and is primed to deliver great leadership capacity to cover more ground, assess more opportunities, and speed decision making to best serve customers,” said Tzachi Wiesenfeld, chairman of the board of directors, ACRE.

“I’d also like to thank Joe Grillo for his tremendous contribution to ACRE, as the founder of the business back in 2012 and its CEO ever since,” he continued.

“We wish him the best in his future endeavors. Together, all of us are excited about ACRE’s future and are enthusiastic about capitalizing on growth opportunities in the years ahead.”

ACRE says Joos holds a proven track record of building and modernizing businesses through mergers and acquisitions. Joos served as president and CEO at TPx Communications and previously had the same role at PGi.
